Public School Units (PSUs) are encouraged to strategically choose work-based learning strategies in alignment with unique needs, considering factors such as local employment demands, available program offerings, resources, and other pertinent considerations. Course Description	The objective of the Outboard Marine Engine program is to qualify students as employable technicians. Students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to test, diagnose, and evaluate malfunctional mechanical systems and perform meaningful repairs or maintenance on engines. This course will provide students with technical skills and knowledge to pursue post-secondary training and certification for employment.
