Cluster Groupings are very broad categories which help guide learners toward clusters that match their personal interests, sense of purpose, and the positive impact they want to make on their communities.

Career Clusters are smaller groupings of occupations used as an organizing tool for curriculum design and instruction. This approach helps students understand the relevance of their coursework and provides a clear framework for selecting electives that support their career goals.

Industry Recognized Credentials are confirmation of subject knowledge or the ability to perform specific tasks. The focus is on assessing the attainment of current experience, knowledge, and skill base. It provides evidence of authority, status, rights, and entitlement to privileges.

The attainment of an industry-recognized certification or credential ensures that students graduate from high school globally competitive for work and postsecondary education.
