Course DescriptionThe Project Management Construction course will prepare students for careers such as construction project managers, construction superintendents, project leads, etc. Topics such as construction documents, cost control, document control, and quality control will be discussed in addition to interpersonal skills, issues and resolutions, and continuous improvement. Students will complete the Project Management NCCER assessment as the Proof of Learning as well as have the opportunity to complete OSHA 30-Hour.
