Course content includes competency-based modules, case histories, step-by-step instructional outlines, and trade terminology. The curricula and corresponding NCCER assessments provide trainees with globally portable credentials and maritime-specific knowledge to advance careers in the industry. Students gain understanding and skills in the following areas: Maritime Structural Fitter-Weld Quality, Tack Welding, Fire Watch, Drawings, Fitting I and Cutting and Burning Processes.
