Proctored Requirements	Create a Certiport account, if you do not already have one, at https://www.certiport.com and select the "Login/Register" button at the top right of the screen. Testing Environment Requirements	The teacher can serve as the proctor for Certiport exams, both through the Compass platform (free) and through Exams from Home. To protect the integrity of the test, and for scores to be valid, everything must be put away. It is the student and the computer. For example, no paper, pencils, or cellphones on a student's desk while testing.

G.S.§115C-81.45(a) requires classes (silent on exams) to be conducted in English "[e]xcept when a board authorizes teaching in a foreign language to comply with federal law."
