This Safe Plates for Food Managers Moodle site is only for teachers and administrators of the Food and Nutrition II course who are using the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals' Certified Food Protection Manager credential. Teachers/administrators using ServSafe's certification may not have access to this Moodle Site, and should use ServSafe 7th Edition materials.
