Test Site Options and RequirementsStudents will need to be in a classroom at the school with a proctor who is not the teacher of record. Students will need computers to test. Students may also take the exam with a live proctor at home.

Directory NotesStudents must be 16 years of age to take the course. Students must graduate from high school within 12 months of course completion to receive a valid credential. Once the student graduates from high school, the teacher will need to send documentation to NHA to verify student has graduated which will release the credential.

It is highly recommended that the student have the BLS credential particularly if the clinical site requires BLS.
